Supreme Bamboo flooring can be :

  1. Direct stick (glued down) on concrete and on ply
  2. Floated on most sub-floors (strip bamboo only)
  3. Nailed down on ply or batten

Warranty

Structural

The manufacturer warrants Supreme BambooŽ flooring - natural horizontal, natural vertical, carbon horizontal and carbon vertical bamboo to be free from defects for 7 years. 

Anna Chan Timber & Bamboo Floors Pty Ltd will replace any defective material due to structural fault.

Finish wear layer

Anna Chan Timber & Bamboo Floors Pty Ltd warrants to the original purchaser; and the first purchaser of a new property. Supreme BambooŽ flooring surface finish wear layer of polyurethane will not peel or separate from the strip bamboo 3 year from the date of purchase (natural horizontal, natural vertical, carbon horizontal and carbon vertical bamboo only). This warranty is for normal residential traffic provided that all preventative maintenance and care operations are maintained. Please refer to detailed warranty exclusion from your supplier.
