Supreme Bamboo flooring can be :

1. Direct stick (glued down) on concrete and on ply
2. Floated on most sub-floors
3. Nailed down on ply, batten

Warranty

Structural

The manufacturer warrants Supreme Bamboo flooring - Natural horizontal, Natural vertical, Carbon horizontal and Carbon vertical bamboo to be free from defects for 7 years. 

Anna Chan Timber & Bamboo Floors will replace any defective material due to structural fault.

Finish wear layer

Anna Chan Timber & Bamboo Floors warrants to the original purchaser; and the first purchaser of a new property, its surface finish wear layer of polyurethane will not peel off or separate from the bamboo for 1 years from the date of purchase (Natural horizontal, Natural vertical, Carbon horizontal and Carbon vertical bamboo only). This warranty is for normal residential traffic provided that all preventative maintenance and care operations are maintained. Please refer to detailed warranty exclusion from your supplier.
