Distressed Solid Pre-finished Flooring (Hand-scraped)
Anna Chan Floors is the exclusive Australian supplier of this pre-finished Distressed European Oak flooring.
Distressed Flooring is pre-stained, sealed and varnished with water based air dry polyurethane and is ready to be laid. It is characterized by a hand stressed antique appearance which will enhance established or new homes. The rustic look has an elegant, modern and timeless style.
Engineered Flooring
Advances in technology have allowed a considerable expansion in the variety of products available. Engineered floor boards are manufactured with layers of plywood or softwood as the base with the natural timber species veneered (3-4mm thickness) on top. The life of the floor is the same as solid timber. In addition this flooring system comes with a life time structural warranty and a 25 year surface warranty.
